Macomb County Michigan real estate values up 35.2% in March 2014   Great news! The median sales price in Macomb County Michigan is up 35.2% and is now at $112,250 according to new data released today by Realcomp MLS. This compares to a median sales price of $83,000 in March of 2013.
The average days on market for the entire MLS decreased from last year by 19 days, from 78 to 59.
