Today we are on Kauaʻi and we are at the beautiful Wailua Falls which are located just north of Lihue and off the beaten path towards the south side of the Wailua River. The water cascades into two different streams that drop 80 feet into a secluded pool below. 
Like other gorgeous spots in Kauaʻi, this waterfall has been used for many different films and television shows. You might remember this particular waterfall from the opening credits of Fantasy Island, a long running television series. 
If you come to see this waterfall in the morning, you might see a beautiful rainbow cast off by the falls, and that will make for the perfect Kodak moment.
