Buyer Not Qualified as Yet?....Yep, I'll Show You the Town
I know many agents will think I'm crazy for my title but hear me out.  There is a method to my madness. 
There was a client who came into town to interview for a position here in Ann Arbor and he was pretty excited about the opportunity.  Great company and seems to be a nice town...but he is coming from Arizona and California prior to that.  The weather certainly showed him and thing or eight about our area.  It snowed 8" while he was visiting and this was this past week the second week of March!  
But he needed a "feel for the area".  This is a gentleman who doesn't know anything about Michigan and needs to know if it's a place he would consider living.
I have been in Ann Arbor for 23 years now and know and love it; but have lived in lots of parts of the country.  I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and first moved to Tampa, FL straight out of college, transferred to Toledo, Ohio (my least favorite location to live) then San Francisco bay area and Paris, France before settling in Michigan.  This means I understand how being new feels.  Relocating can be tough.  It ... more
