Rental Scam Alert - 1240 Route 308 Rhinebeck NY 12572
I just received a call from someone looking to  rent 1240 Route 308, Rhinebeck NY 12572.   She was a bit perplexed because on Zillow there were 2 listings for the identical property but the price were so different.  One price was $1350 the other was $800.  She wanted to know if there were two separate apartments, I told her I was the only agent representing this property.
At the end of the conversation I promptly went to Zillow and this is what I found:


Of course I tried calling Daniel but my only choice was to leave a message.
Next step I reported it to Zillow

 
I think Postlet just took down Daniel's website

When looking for properties online you have to be caution.
If it sound too much like a unbelieveable deal it might be a scam.  If you call the number and your only option is to leave a message and the person failed to identify the business etc be suspicious.  And never send money.  
Yes, this property is listed for rent by JFIVE Homes Realty LLC  at $1350.
