Pecan Square Condominiums in Addison, Texas are one and two-bedroom units, each with a one-car garage, located on Beltway Road, just south of Belt Line and west of Midway. This location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, major highways, and the Addison Athletic Club (one time $10 fee for as long as you live in Addison). Most of the two-bedroom units are two-story townhouse style condos. The complex consists of an outdoor pool and 63 units.
Because the complex is not on the FHA Approved list, buyers cannot finance more than 80% of the purchase price, or they must be cash buyers.  One person owns more than 10% of the units and there is a high number of rentals.
There is currently one unit for sale at Pecan Square, a 2-bedroom, one and one-half bath condo, priced at $116,000 ($121.85 per square foot). No condos have sold in the first half of 2014. The most recent sale was last September: a two-bed, two bath unit that sold for $108,000 ($112.38 per square foot).
