LAKE OCONEE - HGTV IS COMING TO OUR AREA SOON!  YES IT’S CONFIRMED...the Rumor is True!  Lake Oconee is going to be featured in an upcoming House Hunters Special.  Local RE/MAX Realtors from Greensboro, GA, Pat & Ed Okenica, have lived here and been listing & selling Real Estate for over 25 years. Along with their ongoing community service, Ed Okenica has been instrumental in bringing this exciting TV program, highlighting Lake Oconee, to our area. Exactly when & where it will be filmed cannot be announced yet.
