Two months ago I was contacted by a real estate agent in New Mexico as she was looking for a Richmond VA Realtor to take care of her very special clients who were relocating to the RVA. After several phone calls between the agent, the clients, and myself, I earned the privilege of working with this amazing couple.
Where To Live in the Richmond VA Metro Area During our phone conversations my new clients and I discussed their wants, needs, and goals for their move. Their top 3 priorities were location, schools, and price. To give them an idea of what each area offered, I sent them articles with details of the history and amenities of the Richmond VA Metro area. They loved these articles as they could quickly determine what locations would NOT work for them, such as our more rural neighborhoods. Once they had a few areas narrowed down, I directed them to the Virginia Department of Education Report Cards website so they could see how each school ranked.
