Pet Adoption Event in Wilmette this Saturday, July 26

If you have been thinking about adopting a dog or cat, stop by Encore & More Resale Shop in Wilmette this Saturday.  They will be hosting C.A.R.E. (Community Animal Rescue Effort) and will have 3 kittens, 1 adult cat, and 3 dogs ready for you to take home.  All the animals have been vaccinated and spayed.
I asked the store's manager, Judy Goodman, why she decided to hold this event at the store.  She said they support many causes including abused women, children's issues, and stopping sex trafficking.  Since she owns a shelter pet, she felt it was time to highlight these animals and give them a chance to find their forever home.
So stop by on Saturday -  find some good deals in the store and meet the beautiful animals who are ready and willing to go home with you!
Where:  Encore & More Resale Shop, 1107 Central Avenue, Wilmette (847-853-8888)

When:  Saturday, July 26 from 10am to 2pm
C.A.R.E. volunteers will be on hand to answer any questions.
