VITRUVIAN PARK (AKA THE BROOKHAVEN PROJECT)United Dominion Realty has bought nine old apartment complexes, will tear them down and build new multi-family housing.  This $1 Billion project will bring 5,400 new residential units to Addison. 
KELLER SPRINGS LOFTSIcon Partners will soon be under construction on a 362-unit multi-family project at the southeast corner of Keller Springs Road and Addison Road
ALLEGROSNK Realty is currently under construction on a 272-unit multi-family project, with associated retail uses on the ground floor, in Addison Circle, between Spectrum Drive and the Dallas North Tollway.
