Alpharetta Home Prices
During the month of April 2014, new listings and closed sales increased from March.  The median listing price also improved.  As previously mentioned, the higher prices have started to attract more homeowners to the market.  That factor plus the continued low interest rates are improving the sales in the Spring Buying Season.

Alpharetta Real Estate Report Summary
New listings on the market equaled 214, an 18% gain from March.  Closed sales of 78 properties also increased from March.  The median list price was up to $569,840.  The median days on market was down to 48, significantly below the national average.  Distresses properties on the market dropped again to a minuscule level.  So the market in zip 30004 is making a move upwards in volume.  Let's look again next month to see how this trend fares.
