Is Video Necessary to Sell a Home?
Everyone seems to be jumping on the bandwagon.  Pictures are great but video is the "next" thing that seems to be on most listings.
There are videos that walk through the house, pan up and down but if your pictures are good enough, won't people want to see the home just because of them?
I think we have thought a generic video is something that we must do bvecause it's 2014 and people want it.  In fact, the people I talk to (buyers) say that the pictures were enough.
Unless you are doing a specific interview about a subject within the scope of the house that can't be seen by photos, maybe try with just the photos.
Another idea, is to wait on the video if the home is not sold in about a month.  This can work as a reinvention of the listing.
And as for drones, well, that's a different topic!
