Customer Reviews Challenge and Sweepstakes
Over the years, my favorite challenges and contests have always been associated with actions I believe ActiveRainers should do in their business already, even if you aren't getting points. 
Recently, Trulia released new and improved Agent Profiles. As part of this release, there is a focus on 'Reviews' from your past clients. The reviews section of your Trulia profile, while being a prominent feature on the new profiles, also factors into the algorithm Trulia uses to display agents in the Trulia Agent Directory. Not to mention, your reviews also show up next to your picture anywhere on Trulia that you may advertise. We've found that agents with more reviews tend to be contacted more frequently than agents with fewer reviews.
I am a firm believer in online reviews. I use them for just about everything before making a decisions to work with someone or purchase something. Many of your prospective clients are doing the exact same thing before they think about using you to handle the purchase or sale of their home.
