Springboro Ohio Luxury Home Under Contract In 80 Days!

It's what we all hope for as agents.   Years ago you helped buyers find the "just right" home for them, and now it's time to sell and they're calling you.  Time to walk the talk that the choice you helped them make was a wise choice.
We're blessed that just before Memorial Day weekend we got exactly that kind of call.  Our past buyers were now ready to sell their Springboro Stone Ridge The Woods home, and they wanted us to assist!  Now what we didn't realize was they meant RIGHT NOW!  So when we met that Friday afternoon after first touring the four most likely competitors for their sale in Stone Ridge, we got the request to get the home on the market that afternoon!
