One Year IN as a Agent
Today is my one year anniversary as Real Estate Agent. Wow.... this year has flown by! 

 
I have to say this year has been a blast. Even though this is a tough industry with what it seems like a million agents that you're competing with it is a challenge I love. Many new agents don't make it so I am thankful and blessed to be in this situation. 
This year has been a learning curve that has been full of interesting deals and situations that has even marveled experienced agents. What are the odds of a new agent getting so many in such a short amount of time? These "interesting deals" have only helped me learn quicker in what to do and how to handle the situations.
I would like to thank my Friend and Mentor, Belinda Spillman for all of her support, guidance and knowledge which has really made this first year so enjoyable. I would also like to give a shout out and thank you to Erin Bates for her support in last year.  
Well, I can't live in the past only learn from it.  I am off to find more clients so, I can make it to my second anniversary!!!
