Southwest Allen County Fort Wayne Market Report for Aug 18-24
Here's a quick peek at what happened last week in the Southwest Allen County School District real estate market.  
 
Home sold:  17
Average list price:  $211,032
Average sales price:  $206,481  (98% of list price)
Average days on market:  43
Lowest and highest days on market:  0 and 268
Median sales price:  $185,000
Lowest sales price:  $104,200 (3 bedroom ranch in Copper Hill)
Highest sales price:  $366,000 (3,500 square foot home with a full daylight basement in The Fountain at Covington)
 
Out of the 17 homes sold in SWAC last week, 7 of them were sold by our Century 21 Bradley office.  That means we know the area WELL.  
 
The average days on market last week is fantastic at 43, and the sales price coming in at 98% of list price is more than promising for sellers in the area.
