Loma Linda is such a nice community to live and raise your children in. The city has just added a new shopping center including a Chase Bank, Walmart Grocery Store with Pharmacy, McDonald's, Starbucks, and there are 7 other suites with new businesses moving in soon. The city has homes from moderate priced to high end including 7 condo complexes and 9 newer home tracts built since 1999.

Walking and Bike Trails in the hills of Loma Linda Striped Bike lanes and many bike clubs to join in the area. Loma Linda Lopers is a running and walking club. 5 large hospitals in the city and numerous medical offices. In the Redlands School District (rated high in state and national stats). Anywhere you live is within easy access to freeways within 2-3 miles. Golf driving range in the city. Several shopping centers with great shopping.
