Old Town Katy is a Mixture of Old West and 21st Century
For those of us who have roots in small town America, the quaint towns that still exist are a real draw.  It's quiet, neighbors know each other by their first name, and we frequently share meals at the mom and pop restaurant or cafe.  Old Town Katy is one of those towns that has a historic feel to it, but has elements of the 21st century.  New communities are popping up in town with all the amenities that one would find in a master planned development, but the feel is still small town.
