Should You Buy a Rental Home for Your College Student
Many parents of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University students here in Daytona Beach consider it a good idea to purchase a rental home or condo for their student to live in while he or she attends college.
There are many benefits to purchasing real estate, such as fixed housing expenses and potential appreciation.  Your student won't have to look for a new aparment or housing to live in every year.
