Click HERE to get more information about the property above!   One of the more important factors in making your home as appealing as possible to buyers is creating a sense of space.  In today's home buying environment, spacious open areas are sought after and highly desired.  Homes with open floor plans tend to sell faster and for more money than homes that do not have open floor plans.   If you're thinking about doing some renovations to your home in order to maximize its value, consider removing some non-load-bearing walls to open up the main living area.  Open kitchens, dining areas and living rooms have become very popular and can be accomplished without spending a tremendous amount of money.  That said, we do not recommend renovations such as combining bedrooms to make a larger bedroom unless the rooms are exceptionally small.
