Hand Written Note Cards… preparing for fall!
 
Although in many parts of the country Realtors are gearing down for fall and winter, here in La Quinta we are ramping up for our busy season!  Our fall and winter months are our busiest of the year.  The weather is gorgeous with warm, sunny, 80 degree days on the golf course, and cool, brisk evenings around the fire-pit!
Fall and winter are when we have the most visitors to our valley on the weekends, and some come to the valley and stay for months in their second home.
This October I am planning a "Hand-Written Note Card campaign" and I'm sending them to a few different neighborhood farms.  I create these beautiful Note Cards with photos of our area... golf courses, sunsets, mountain views, and beautiful homes. 

 
I am including a business card and short hand-written message to each home owner.  I'm hoping that a hand-written and hand-addressed envelope, in a beautiful custom-made card will grab their attention!  
My goal is to reach out to home-owners that know me, and those who don't, and let them know I'm here and ready to help them with their real estate needs.  New listings please!
