Fall Home "To Do" List
Fall is a great time to get some much need things done around the house before it's too chilly to go outside. 
Here's a helpful list of things to do in and around the house before you settle in for the Winter!
Clean air filters Clean windows and window sills Clean curtains, shades, shutters, blinds and baseboards Change out screens for storm windows if necessary Clean gutters Grease and lubricate door hinges and garage door mechanism Clean dryer vent Clean and store outdoor furniture Clean and Inspect fireplace Paint interior of home while it's still nice enough to have windows and doors open for ventilation Paint outdoor areas that need touched up Fertilize and re-seed lawn Clean light fixtures inside and outside Install weather stripping and caulk where needed Drain hot water heater and inspect for rust Prepare irrigation system for winter Test emergency generator (if you have one) Change batteries in smoke and carbon monixide detectors Now you can sit back and ENJOY all the BEAUTY OF THE FALL SEASON!
