Daphne, "The Jubilee City", has grown about 30% over the past few years. Even though Daphne is growing it has maintained the small town feel. The City of Daphne was ranked 96th in the "Top 100 Best Places to Live" by CNN/Money website. While in Daphne visit one of their museums such as The Old Methodist Church Museum of Daphne, Black Education Museum, or the Alabama Sports Museum & Archives. It truly is a great place to live. I almost forgot the best part about Daphne; it is one of the few places in the world that has a "Jubilee." During a "Jubilee" blue crabs, shrimp, and fish come into the shallow waters of the shoreline and can be scooped in nets by those waiting for the easy catch. You must experience a "Jubilee" if you are in Daphne.
