Beautiful Lake Hauto of Carbon County
Near Jim Thorpe is the tiny little known town of Nesquehoning Pa ( Home of Pro Wrestler Gene Snitsky for all you Wrestling Buffs)  at the foothills of the Pocono Mountains. One of the many great things about the Poconos is the rich culture in its tiny towns, historic landmarks, and the many communities the area is made up of. In Nesquehoning, one of the finer private communities it boasts is Lake Hauto. Lake Hauto is a Private Lakeside Resort Community. This community is great in location to the Pa Turnpike and it is near to some of the Pocono's favorite resorts such as Penns Peak, Boulder Field, Split Rock Resort, and many more. Lake Hauto is also a 4 season community, but boasts its famous 330 Acre Lake for Summer time fun. It also accepts motor boating so don't forget to bring your toys!
