Goodness, where do I start?
My comfort zone for the past 12 years has been property management and leasing either multi family units or single family homes. I am from the midwest and moved to Phoenix almost 2 years ago now. I started in property management here in Phoenix immediately upon my arrival. I also started real estate school immediately upon arrival and once I obtained my license I decided that working a corporate job allowing someone to dictate my every move and how much I make is NOT for me. So I made the decision to quit my job and work for myself. I am single with no children and boy and I glad! There's not way I would have been able to quit my job, follow my dream and take care of a family without living a very stressful and unfulfilled life. I have a dream of working my hardest to be an amazing entreprenuer and being very sucessful in the real estate industry no matter what part of it I choose to dable in.
