Some days are meant for exploring new areas, right in your own backyard.  Real Estate marketing takes many different forms, but the one I like the best is an unstructured "day off," away from the office, visiting shops and walking neighborhoods where I live and work.
Whatever you do, take a stack of business cards with you, as you never know who you might run in to who knows someone who wants to buy or sell real estate on this beautiful day, filled with opportunity.
Today I will start my adventure, business cards in hand, immediately following the Newport Chamber luncheon as my afternoon appointment was switched to Monday.......Wish me luck!
