Pecan Creek Denham Springs Home Prices 2014.  From 2008 to 2012, Pecan Creek home prices seemed to have been depressed somewhat and that could have been from the developer selling those lots and building several lower quality and odd designs in there.  However, in 2013 and especially 2014, home sales prices have risen.  I just finished an appraisal in there in the $290's, which is good news for Pecan Creek homeowners.
