Colorado Springs:
There are currently 3,134 active listings and 782 total sales in the Colorado Springs for the month of November. The number of active listings is down nearly 15% from one year ago and the sales are up 9.3%. The inventory for November is 4.0 months, a bit lower than we would expect going into the holiday season.
The average sales price in Colorado Springs for September was $245,488, down 4.4% from October and about the same as one year ago.  Median sales price for September was $216,750, down slightly from one year ago and down 4% from October.
New home starts for Colorado Springs were at 152.
