Let's first find the front foot price by dividing 90 feet (the front width) into 80,000 and we find that the the cost is $888.8888 or rounded $888.89.
Now, to find the price per square foot first multiply 90 times 120 to arrive at a total of 10800 square feet.
Divide 10800 into 80000 and we get 7.4074 or rounded $7.41 per square foot.
