Wyndham Lakes of Coral Springs is a community of sixteen gated subdivisions surrounded by man-made lakes and great A+ schools on a horseshoe road called Wyndham Lakes Blvd. The community sits on the north-west corner of Coral Ridge Drive and Wyndham Lakes Blvd. The different individual gated communities has a price range for all budgets. With all different Home Owner Associations with the exception of the rental community. And right now, we are in a balanced real estate market. Great for both sellers and buyers.
 
  There is Addison Court which is a villa and townhouse community, Eagle Creek, Coventry Place, Mayfair are single family homes. The Island has substantially larger homes on larger lots. There's also Coral Shores, Coventry Cove, Bay Pointe, Golden Bay and Enclave. Park Place is in the middle of Wyndham Lakes and is a community of very beautiful homes. Pelican Pointe is another villa/townhouse community. And then there's Pelican Trail East and West. And there's a rental community in Wyndham called Promenade featuring one, two and three bedroom apartments. All communities are gated, some have a community pool and/or a tot lot and tennis courts.
