                  Narragansett RI Home Sale Report December 2014   The Narragansett real estate market report for December 2014 and year end is demonstrating an uptick in home sales.  Home sales this month were up 27% in December over the prior month.  This year has seen an overall 2% increase in Narragansett real estate sold numbers..  
Overall the Narragansett home sale market for the 2014 year is up 2% through December as compared to same time period in 2013 (5 more homes sold in 2014).  Real estate sold prices decreased by 6% 2014 over 2013.  Yet, this is not a decreasing value RI coastal real estate town...not by any means.  The luxury real estate market of sales dropped significantly in 2014 which impacted the average home sale value.
  
 
As this is one of the RI coastal real estate waterfront beach towns to reside in, Narragansett offers a variety of property choices.
