Here you will find a charming, elegant neighborhood with curving roadways and stately trees, and an Arts and Crafts ambiance. Thoughtful sustainable design and “age-friendly”  up-fitting" represent the character of Albemarle, where tree-lined lanes accentuate a cottage scale, and street signs  lead you through  approximately 42-acres around a plan designed by Samuel Parsons Jr., the landscape architect of New York’s Central Park.
