It's been a pretty mild winter in Bristow so far this year, and we can be thankful for that.  While we've had snow storms, they have not been the kind with snow lingering for days or weeks...unless of course you have a north facing front yard like me.  I'll probably have random lumps of snow on my lawn in April or May.
With the last two months of 2014 behind us, let's take a look back at the Braemar Courtyard home sales and see where our values ended.  Of course, if you don't know what a Braemar Courtyard home is, it is one of three different floor plans that share a private courtyard driveway and have extremely small outdoor spaces.  Models include the Arlington, Clarendon and Ballston.
Two Braemar Courtyard homes sold, both Arlington models.  One sold for $389,000, the other for $375,000.  The average of both sales gives us our new average market value for Braemar Courtyard homes of $382,000.  That is a 5.5% increase since last report, but a 1/2% decrease since last year.
