Why a Seller Doesn't Need to Vacate for a Final Walkthrough
Unless an agent gives me a reason to check out the agent, I generally don't run MLS searches on other agents nor check on license status. I typically don't care about the experience level of the other agent. The only time I'm likely to do it is when I encounter an agent who is so danged sure that he is absolutely right when he is absolutely wrong. Because I'm probably looking for a reason, an excuse for the pig-headedness.
I suppose it could be mental illness as well, but generally those kinds of things are due to lack of knowledge, and a lack of knowledge is typically generated by lack of experience. At least it explains why an agent would make such a goofy mistake.
