Bethesda MD Has Condos Under $300,000!
Certainly housing in Bethesda MD is not inexpensive but there are condos for sale in Bethesda for less than $300,000!  There are several condo communities to investigate if you are looking for a condo under $300,000.  Just click here to search!
The first community to check out is Parkside, just off the Rockville Pike, slightly north of the Beltway.  This condo complex sits on 60 plus acres and has approximately 900 condo units located in low rise, garden style buildings.  There are 1 bedroom, two and three bedroom units, some with balconies, others with patios.  The two drawbacks I have to Parkside is that there are no washers and dryers in the units, although there are washers and dryers in each building, and it is not pet friendly. A positive to Parkside is the proximity to the Grosvenor Metro, and the amenities of the community, including a pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. 
The next community to consider is Springlake close to Montgomery Mall and I-270.  Another garden style community, this one is smaller than Parkside, and it is pet friendly!
