Is it Okay if We Borrow the Pictures You took of our Property?
It was a relationship that the clients and I had mutually ended. We decided to to take it off the market last year because of the forthcoming cold season. It was a seasonal property. Hence, the reason was definitely valid. 
 
When I took the sign off, I also ordered for the yard post removal. This was a glaring sign that I did not expect to list it again nor did I want to relist it when the spring comes.
 
Just this morning, I got an email from the previous sellers/clients asking if the new agent can use the pictures I took in the past.
 
It was a mixed of amazed and surprised feeling. First, I was amazed that they do value my pictures and they took the courage to ask for them.
 
Secondly, I am surprised that the other agent would allow himsellf/herself to utilize other agent's works or masterpiece--for that matter. :)
 
I am not a professional photographer but I do take time in trying to capture the right angles and features of the properties I list to show them in the best light.
