17 text messages later, your home is still overpriced

There is a good point here. yes, sometimes feedback is just a courtesy gesture. The NO answer has already been decided by the Buyer. The Buyer has moved on. The Buyer's Ahent is simply the messenger. It is not an argument waiting to happen. In most conversations, it is the end of the conversation. 
Many people do not know what goes on behind the scenes in a real estate transaction.  This is about one home showing and what we, as Realtors° have to endure before and after just to SHOW a home.
 
A client was coming into town in preparation for a relocation to the area.  He had previously seen a home style he liked and wanted to see all of the current listings.  As there are 5 of this model on the market, I called, emailed and sent a text to all 5 agents asking for showings.  
 
I received one phone call back from an agent who quizzed me for over 15 minutes on the merits and qualifications of my buyer.  Really?  I just want to show your home.  The problem with that home, it was priced $100,000  to $150,000 HIGHER than the other 4 model matches ... more
