We see it in fences and railings all the time, it catches our eye and we all know something is wrong with the construction. Sometimes it is an easy fix, other times it may be too late.
 
The sagging fence or railing is usually caused by trying to spam a distance between two posts or supports that are just too far apart. The gap can not hold the weight over time and sags. Sometimes this can be repaired by adding support between the posts; other times it just has to be rebuilt.
