If you plan on selling your house soon or even in the next year or two, you’re no doubt thinking about what you need to do to help get it sold.  Of course, you want to hire a real estate agent who is the local expert in your area.  
One of the things they will discuss with you is the condition of your property.

To maximize the investment you’ve made in your home, you’ll want to do what you can to improve its perceived value.

In addition to editing what you have, you will want to take a look at your appliances, paint, and flooring.  If they’re still working but you haven’t purchased a new (fill in the blank) in years, take a look at the Life Expectancy of some of your major appliances in your home.

Garbage disposal 10 years
