Jim and Bobby LehmKuhl, a top broker from Malibu, CA, discuss what to do when clients want to have everything off the books.
Though multiple listing services are very important in Real Estate, when someone doesn't want their home publicized, Bobby says he and his partners at 4 Malibu have enough clientele that they can just call people who they know would be interested in the property.
Bobby says the he and his partners also created a space where people who don't want to come into the office and publicize their property can go to in order to meet with agents and have their property taken care of.
