Maritimes April 2015 Market Update As of April 2015, there are 3 condos on the market in the Maritimes Condos and Townhomes on Hutchinson Island in Stuart FL.  Listing prices range from $214,900 to $685,000 with an average list price of $399.633 which equals $228.12 per sq. ft. of living area.  None of these condos are distressed sales.  (No foreclosure, bank owned or short sales.)
There is 1 condo pending and awaiting settlement.  The list price is $299,500 which equates to $148.64 per sq. ft. of living area.
