We are just about to get through our normal slow down for tax season.  As soon as the tax returns are filed, buyers start looking.  I listed a home last Tuesday and had 3 showings on it the next day. Our supply of homes is still low and many agents in my office including myself have buyers looking, and we don't have what they are looking for available. The rental market is strong as well. When we put a rental on the market it usually gets snatched up pretty quickly. If you are thinking about selling I would love to take a look at your home.
