Spring in the Hudson Valley - Finally!
When Selling Your Home Plant Flowers
Believe it or not there was snow on the ground in my back yard about two weeks ago. It has finally all melted and the grass has turned from brown to green almost over night. The flowers have been slow to get started. Leaves on the trees are still missing and a few trees have some buds now. The transformation will happen quickly now, as the temps are finally close to where they should be. Oh yes... SPRING in The Hudson Valley has arrived!
 
Daffodils and crocuses are usually the first to arrive in Orange County NY. Tulips will follow as well as the magnolia trees. A beautiful time of year. I see many home owners out sprucing up their yards making the neighborhoods look so nice. If you are selling your home, flowers help say BUY ME! Yes, the yard matters. It is definitely not all about the house. The joys of spring selling!
