Huntley Market Trends for March 2015Huntley home sales for the month of March decreased in volume by 46.8% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 15.2% from $195,000 to $224,725. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 45.9%, while the median sale price rose by 15.4% from $208,000 to $240,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 50%, while the median sale price decreased by 24.2% from $164,885 to $125,000.
