Many home sellers take great care to make sure their kitchen is very visibly clean, yet forget some of the more hidden areas like the inside of the dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator.
 
Generally we tend to think of a dishwasher as CLEAN, but hard water deposits or stains can make the inside of a dishwasher very dingy or even dirty looking.
 
Sellers- You need to know that home Buyers will look at the inside of all your kitchen appliances!  
 
It is important to keep the inside as clean as the outside!
 
Why, you ask?
Because Buyers want to see that you consistently maintain items in your home - especially those hidden areas.
 
There are products on the market to take care of the dingy dishwasher challenge so you don't have to scrub it on your hands and knees, just run the cleaner in the empty dishwasher.
 
Likewise, take a moment to inspect your other appliances, as a quick wipe-down can sometimes work wonders!
 
While it may seem like a small improvement, the Buyers may be considering another home or two along with yours.  Will yours measure up?
