After years of working short sales and foreclosures in the previously distressed Sacramento real estate market, it is such a pleasure to see our local economy turning around and the real estate market rebound. This has been happening for the last 3 years, and it's such a relief to work in a market that is comprised mostly of homeowners with equity and goregous, jaw-dropping beautiful homes.
