It means that an agent won't have to preview a listing prior to showing and can depend on a positive experience for their client, whether or not it's the right house for them.  Of course, great staging goes a long way toward making a listing "the" right house and the best a buyer saw that day. Agents appreciate that too. It is a business after all.  As nice as it is to receive the compliment, the real hero isn't one of us - it's you, our amazing, hard working, world class decluttering champions!
