Selling a rental property with tenents...
I was called to list a rental property that still had renters.
The renters I found out were none to happy about needed to leave.
So much so they basically said it would take an army to get them out.
I was asked what to do...
Contact an attorney right away...these things can take time!!!
Hearing that the renters may be aggressive, I declined trying to view the property.
It does not pay to stir the pot when nothing good will come of it.
 
Renter issues need to be dealt with right away using proper legal avenues.  Doing it any other way will only delay things...as these people found out.
