How are homes selling in Schaumburg IL?
People always ask me “How many homes are selling?  Is the market getting better?" Well that seems to make a difference is what area or subdivision you live in.  It’s really not an evasive answer.  Each area and subdivision is totally different!  Here’s what I can tell you about the overall Schaumburg market –

Single Family Homes -  Schaumburg averages 33 home sales a month.  Inventory is down substantially.  The percentage of homes going under contract each month is 21 to 28%. Average Sold Price was $278,486 for the 1st quarter of 2015.

Multi-Family Homes - Schaumburg averages 47 sales per month. Inventory is down slightly less than single family homes.  The percentage of homes going under contract each month is 22 to 36% which is higher overall than single family.  Average sold price was $150,774 for the 1st quarter.
