312 residential acreage properties have sold in the Willamette Valley per Willamette Valley MLS since the first of this year.  The median sales price for those properties is $331,900, at 97.77% of their asking price.  Median days on market in all price ranges for acreage property is 125 days.  However, country homes under $500,000 are currently selling much faster.  Larger, working farms can still take 6-12 months or more.
