Prospect CT has been our home for 20 years.  We selected this town because of its convenience to getting to the highways needed for our work commute. One to Hartford CT and the other to New Haven CT.  The town was established in 1827 and is surrounded by Bethany, Waterbury, Cheshire and Naugatuck. The population of the town was recorded at 9,405 for the 2012 census and has carried the distinction as one of Money's top 300 towns.  The residents of Prospect CT are proud to call themselves "The Best Small Town in Connecticut".
 
 
Prospect CT is essentially a residential community but the business district through the center of town offers products and services consistent with those needed in a small town.
 
The school system in Prospect CT is Region 16, a regional school district shared with Beacon Falls CT. The school system s recognized as one of the best in the area and this fall a new elementary school will open which will be state of the art.
